CareGiving Trainer /Care Giving Course Instructor
The Caregiver Trainer at Kenya Online College works with trainee caregivers who are learning how to care for clients, mostly aged or ill or with physical/mental disabilities.
Your work will be to work with our trainees one on one and mentor them to be the best when it comes to giving
supportive assistance to their subjects.
Reporting to the Principal, the Caregiver Trainer/Instructor will typically
collaborate with others including social workers within agencies as well as community organizations in
order to see that our upcoming caregivers get the best training possible.
We want our students to succeed so we expect you will be playing a leading role in helping us help our students shine in their caregiving careers.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Caregiving/Nursing or a Bachelor Degree in any relevant Human Service field
Experience: Some experience as a trainer of caregivers (working with students). You must have excellent ability to communicate and express yourself effectively(orally and written).
